I’ve forgotten my user name/ password/ I need a new password/ I want to change my password.
Your user name is the email address you signed up with. If you can’t remember it, email us at info@nzgirl.co.nz with your first name, last name and where you live. If you've forgotten your password or want to change it just click here.
I tried to get a new password but it didn’t work. Try clicking here, enter your email address and hit “Forgotten Password”. This will send you another new password. If this still won’t work, give us an email at info@nzgirl.co.nz and we’ll sort it out for you.
I need to change my address/ phone number/ email You can update all this information here. Again, if you have any problems, you can flick us an email.
I can’t log out of the site This is more likely to be an issue the settings/caching on your computer rather than something we can rectify at our end. If you open up a webpage, then go into “Tools” then “Internet Options” and try deleting your temporary internet files and cookies. You should now be able to log out.
I want to unsubscribe from the newsletter/ site You can either click “unsubscribe” on the newsletter to do it automatically, or send us an email asking to be removed from the newsletter database. If you want to unsubscribe from the site, this can also be done by email.
I can’t log in Try clicking here to go to the log in screen and make sure you are logging into the nzgirl site, not nzgirl email. If this doesn’t work you may need to email us to make sure you definitely are a member and haven’t just signed up for the newsletter database or nzgirl email.
I’m having trouble with my nzgirl email We don’t manage the nzgirl email system, so may not be able to help out here. Do ensure you are logging in at the right place (click here) and aren’t mistakenly trying to log into the nzgirl site.
