Take a moment to think how you went with last week's challenges then take a look over what we've got for you this week!
TAME
Call a friend you’ve neglected for a while and have a good catch up.
Figure out the thing you most enjoy doing on your own, whether it be reading, painting, writing, watching a movie, going for a run or having a bath. Now for the challenge - find time to fit it in to your week at least a couple of times (if not every day).
Strive for that five plus a day. Start by adding a piece of fruit to your lunch, substituting your 4pm sugar binge with a banana or adding more veges to your dinner. Click here for more info on a balanced diet.
INTERMEDIATE
If you have a special man in your life then do something to remind him that you care. It may be as simple as slipping a sweet note in his pocket or finding a gorgeous picture of the two of you to frame. Click here for more ideas.
Sort your photos. If you’re still using film then get those photos into albums and organise your negatives so you can easily organise reprints when you need to. If you’ve gone digital then chances are you’ve been neglecting all those images. Sort them into folders on your computer and spend some time naming them so they’re easy to find. Back them up on to good quality disks (ideally you should do this twice, disks can corrupt) and get some printed off for framing or just to complete your album.
Think of a fitness goal to work towards. You might want to compete in a triathlon, be able walk up a hill without getting puffed or tone up a little to feel better in your bikini. Whatever you’re aiming for you need to work out a plan of how you’re going to get there and how long it will take you. (Hint: Be realistic, you’re not going to go from couch potato fitness guru in the space within a fortnight. Check out our fitness programme to get you started.
CHALLENGING
Assess your relationship and make sure it’s working for you. Take the time to ask yourself if you’re truly happy. If you have those little niggling feelings that things aren’t right then make sure you’re not just sticking in there because you don’t want to be alone. If you’re single think about what you want in a partner and what you’re not prepared to put up with.
Cook a delicous (hopefully) dinner making sure you try out a dish you’ve never made before. Double points if you’re brave enough to invite guests over to share it with you! Click here to find out how to become a goddess in the kitchen.
Give a man in your life a makeover. While that may seem easy – shopping, hair appointments etc. what’s so hard about that? – convincing a guy he needs style help can be tricky! Just remember, boys have feelings too, so go about it in a subtle and sensitive way. Click here for some inspiration from some rather hot male celebrities.
