Exercise advice What exercise can you do that won't make you masculine looking?
Any yoga, pilates, or stretching exercises will tone you and give you great flexibility without building muscle bulk. Regular short bout (ie. ˝ to 1 hour daily maximum) rowing (on a machine), aerobic exercises, or power walking will build fitness and stamina without muscle bulk.
Thrush prevention Can you recommend some home remedies for the prevention of thrush, I seem to get it quite often from (I think) being on the OCP Norimin.
Two main helpful remedies for this chronic problem are Healtheries Apple Cider Vinegar – 1 teaspoon 2 to 3 times daily in a glass of warm water, and also Healtheries Yeastop capsules. Cider Vinegar reduces the acidic conditions which thrush loves to flourish in, and Yeastop contains Caprylic Acd (made from coconut oil) which can help get rid of the thrush quickly. You will need to reduce your intake of sugar, coffee, and cola to be really successful.
I need to loose weight I want to get an appetite suppressant what do you recommend? I need to lose weight.
I suggest Healtheries Spirulina Tablets. Spirulina is an excellent tonic food loaded with proteins, vitamins, and minerals and if you take 2 tablets three times per day (I suggest taking them before breakfast, at morning tea, and then afternoon tea) they help to keep cravings at bay. Take them with a piece of fruit for best effect. You could also consider Healtheries Naturally Slim Fat Burner Thermogenic Tablets – take one with each meal – they help to keep your energy levels up and help with weight control.
Smaller bum My friend was constantly worrying about her weight! Everyday I heard about it and was getting sick of it! So I decided I would help her, we now go to the gym together twice a week and she’s becoming much more positive! She has always been a keen sports player but is unhappy about the size of her bum - how can she reduce its size when it is already basically all muscle? Maybe a few suggested exercises could help?
She will need to talk to the trainer at the gym about this. It could be that they are giving her the wrong exercises for this area of her body. It sounds like she could do with more yoga, pilates, or stretching exercises for this area of her body to give her leaner muscle which is toned but not expanded, and much less weight training, bicycle, or ‘stepper’ type activities which build bulk in muscle.
How do I burn fat? I was just wondering does aerobic exercise burn fat and would it help in a weight loss programme?
Most definitely aerobic exercise is the way to go. The more of this exercise you do the more calories you are likely to use up. If your out-going calories (your exercise) are greater than your in-going calories (ie. the food you eat) then you will most definitely lose weight.
Help for bad skin Is there any kind of product Healtheries could provide that will tighten my skin/and or pores. I find it hard searching for the right skin cleanser etc. yet I think it might be a health issue instead because nothing at all seems to work and from what I know at the moment, I am low in my iron. My mum reckons it’s because I eat tomato sauce. And also would water work at all?
I definitely recommend the Thursday Plantation products to use on your skin. These are all Tea Tree based products which have an excellent cleansing and pore tightening effect. The Thursday Plantation Tea Tree Daily Face Wash leaves your skin feeling wonderfully clean and soft, and I would follow with the Tea Tree Gel or Blemish Stick to the acne area. This program really seems to clear the skin quickly.
However for best results changing your diet seems to have a permanent effect. Mum was right, tomato sauce, tea, coffee, cola, and sugar containing drinks all seem to aggravate skin problems in my experience. Cut them down to once or twice per week and drink water regularly and often. I find that once people get used to clear skin they never want to go back to their old habits.
If you are low in iron consider taking Healtheries Spirulina Tablets, a great boost to the system, and also Healtheries Ester C – a de-acidified form of vitamin C which helps iron absorption. Both of these products will also help your skin problem.
Energy wanted! Does Healtheries have any boosters to bounce your energy up in an instant?
Healtheries Spirulina Tablets are your best bet to get good energy levels going and keep them up during the day, but you will need to take it regularly every day. Healtheries Boost Revive Effervescent Tablets are also good to keep on hand for those couch potato moments – they contain B complex vitamins and vitamin C which aid energy levels.
