5 Daily Rituals To Detox Your Body

Want to give you body a quick boost? Here are five simple ways to cleanse your body each and every day, to flush toxins and help you feel and look better! What’s stopping you? Get started now…

1: Hydrate
Cleanse and hydrate your body all at the same time with a refreshing glass of water or green tea. We all know how good water is for your body, it rehydrates and flushes toxins, so try and drink at least eight glasses a day. For a refreshing change try a green tea to give an extra boost of antioxidants. Studies have shown green tea can help against cancer, high cholesterol levels, cardiovascular disease, infections and help to boost the immune system! We love Bell Zesty Green tea for a delicious brew.

2: Meditate
Soothe your mind and de-stress with a few minutes of meditation every day. Just try setting aside a few minutes each day so you can relax and think – block out any distractions from the outside world. It will help lift any weights that are on your shoulders and any mind blockers. For more stress busting ideas click here.

3: Delicious skincare
Cleanse your body on the inside as well as the outside. Use a delicious shower gel each and every morning – life is too short to use products you don’t love! Our favs include the Body Shop’s Passion Fruit Bath & Shower Gel, it’s got everything a yummy body wash should; a great scent, loads of suds and is super moisturising. The same thing goes with your skincare regime, use gentle products that cleanse thoroughly. Don’t scrimp on great skincare – it will show!

4: Vitamins
Make sure your body is getting all the extra nutrients that it needs to function at it’s best. It can be hard to eat a completely balanced diet; this is why vitamin supplements can become your best friend! Take a supplement such as Healtheries Women’s Multi Energy & Vitality, packed with iron, evening primrose oil and folic acid to keep you at your best!

5: Exercise
Get your body moving to help sweat out any dodgy toxins. Pushing play at least 30 minutes each day will help get you fitter, improving your circulation and cleansing it of any nasties. You’ll look better and feel better – it’s a win, win situation.
