Feel Sexy: 5 Self Esteem Boosters

It’s weird, but the more self esteem and confidence you have, the more you want to have sex! When I’m having a case of the uglies (a bad hair/body day) I certainly don’t want any man seeing my bits. So, how do you keep your self esteem up? By trying to keep yourself as balanced as possible, and here are our top five tips for doing just that... 

Look after yourself
Who has the control over how you feel? YOU! Once you get past the age of 18, you really can’t rely on your mum telling you to wrap up warm when you go outside, or order you to bed early. And why did she do those things? Because mums are always right! You need to realise you aren’t invincible and it’s not good to hit the town drinking four weekends in a row. Make sure you take a break from all that partying now and again - try having your best friend over for an old school sleep over session, complete with DVDs, gossip and loads of chocolate and popcorn.

After all, how can anyone be in their best mood if they are sleep deprived and sick all the time because they never rest?
 
Regular exercise
It’s not just about having the right body for the beach, it’s actually more about what is happening on the inside. Our bodies are designed to move, and to have a healthy heart you need to get it racing on a regular basis. Don’t just think ‘I HATE the gym’ - just push play for 30 minutes a day however you want! Get a dog who will yap at you everyday to take it for a walk, play with your kids when they are
outside running around or walk up a storm the next time you’re on a shopping spree! Your life will honestly be so different if you have regular activity – it will tone your body,
give you more energy and make you feel so much more confident within your own skin! 
 
Eat well
You’re sick of hearing this, right? Well, here we are telling you just one more time. It doesn’t mean raw vegetables for every meal, it just means moderation and variety (but alternating between black forest and caramello doesn’t count.) Again, your organs and body can function so much better with the nutrients it needs. Plus it’ll be easier to notice the difference exercise makes, which again will mean you’ll
want to show your body off more often!
 
Be positive
Life is one big long disappointment if you spend it looking at everything negatively. Be honest with yourself, and you’re bound to find plenty of things within your life to be grateful for! Concentrate on them and what you have already, rather than what you don’t have. Guys aren’t attracted by
women who are always negative, they want some one who is happy and fun - so work on your attitude and you're bound to find that your sex appeal increases dramatically!

Dress for you body type
Everyone’s body is different and that’s fine by us. Work with what you’ve got, enhance all your best assets and deemphasize those areas you aren’t so happy with. When you dress in clothes that fit you perfectly and flatter your shape, you’re bound to much more confident, and therefore look much better too!
