It's well known that up to 70% of women are wearing the wrong size bra, or, the wrong shaped bra. As well as affecting the appearance of your wardrobe, wearing the wrong size or shape can have an effect on your posture, cause back problems, contribute to headaches and generally be uncomfortable to wear. Eksh!
Taking the time to try on a bra and have a professional fitting will result in a more comfortable garment that is supporting and shaping the bust. A woman’s breast size goes through natural variations in size due to weight gain/loss, pregnancy and hormones. Bra’s also differ in fit according to the shape, style, cut, wire shape and fabrications they are made from so your size can change depending on the style of bra you are looking for.

Breasts come in all different shapes and sizes - fuller and rounder, shallow and needing a little boost, sitting close together on the body or far apart. Some women carry the fullness of their bust to the side and more under their arm and others can be broader or narrower in the frame requiring a specific wire shape to suit their body shape.
There is an amazing choice of styles and colours available to women today, and fashion and looking good is more easier than ever.
Here are our top four tips to make sure that you're lingerie is the perfect fit for you...
1: The bra should sit level on the body both
front and back. If it is riding up then the

back size is too big and won’t carry the
weight of the bust.
2: If the breast is bulging over the cup or the
cup edge of the bra is denting into the breast
then the cup is too small.
3: Wrinkled cups generally indicate the cup is
too big. Smooth cups without excess material
or room to move is the ideal fit.
4: Underwires and straps should not dig into the
body. Check the bra straps are suitably adjusted
to eliminate this problem but it is important that
your breast should be supported by your body –
not the straps.
