Sexercise: Top 5 Moves to Tone You

If you still haven’t found the perfect exercise for you – look no further – sexercise could be just the ticket! Yes, getting hot and heavy between the sheets isn’t just amazing fun, it’s also a fab form of exercise!

Sex can lower the risk of heart attacks, boost your immune system and burn calories! The average sex session burns between 50 and 100 calories and sex also uses every muscle group within your body.

Ever the multi-taskers, we’ve come up with our top five moves that not only feel amazing, but also help flex and tone your muscles at the same time – love it!
 
1: The high rise



This move will help work your back and your legs. Get your man to kneel between your raised knees, and lift your legs and drop them over his thighs. During penetration, use your feet, ankles and calves to grip him as he moves. If you want to give him an extra kick, trying gently slapping his bum with your heels.
 
2: The squat and rock


This move is a bit tricky, but it’s well worth the effort! Not only will it give you a mind blowing orgasm (if all goes to plan!) but it will also give you a solid workout. Place your feet flat beside your man's hips and, holding his knees for support, raise your body until you can swing left and right and circle in a figure of eight on his penis.
 
3: Body to body


This is a super athletic position that will help increase your strength and stamina, and is great for toning the arms. Get your man to lie on his back while you straddle him with your back to him. Guide him gently inside you, and then lean back to take the weight on your hands and feet. From here, you can raise and lower yourself onto his penis, while he can use his hands to guide you or caress you.
 
4: Jump on top


This move is not only amazing (for many women it’s the best way to reach the big O!) but it’s also an incredible workout. Your man lies on his back while you straddle him in a crouching position. You get to control the rhythm, speed and depth of penetration. You can also grind against his pubic bone, which will directly stimulate your clitoris.
 
5: Belly to belly


This move will help stretch your body. Stand face to face with your hands around each other’s waist. Stand with your feet wide apart and make sure that his feet are between yours. This works best when partners are of equal height, however if you are quite a bit shorter than him, you can try standing on a raised surface.
