Limited Edition MAC Mineralise Skin Finish Duo
Just my luck! I’ve fallen in love with MAC’s super wonderful new Mineralise Skin Finish Duo  – and it’s a limited edition. How am I going to replace this compact wonder when it runs out? One side of the compact is a natural matte powder, finely milled and baked for 24 hours - perfect for finishing off your foundation. The other side features a soft ambient shimmer powder to use on cheeks and browbones as a highlighter thanks to its light reflecting particles. I’m not usually a big fan of powder, but I love the way this has a gorgie natural finish and no tell-tale powder traces.

‘If You Love Me’ – Stitch Ministry Fragrance
A surprise package arrived on my desk this week – suprising not because it came from Kylee and our friends at Stitch Ministry, but because it was a perfume from their fashion house! Packaged up in a gorgeous mini-hat box, the vibrant floral scent was a lovely wisp of springtime, orange flower, jasmine and mandarin on a rainy day - sexy yet understated and sophisticated like the spring/summer clothing collection! The full sized 50ml ‘If You Love Me’ bottles follow on nicely from the previous Stitch Ministry collections that featured small satchels of perfume attached to garments. We’ve long had a soft spot for go-getter Actionista Yvonne Hilsz here at nzgirl. We love her motivating, positive approach to life and her ability to make the world a better place for younger nzgirls. Ruffles
Anya usually knows what trends I like before I do – simply because I’ll point items out non stop and she’ll say something like, “Oh I see you have a thing for purple” or in this case, “What’s with you and ruffles?"
